Hey you! Yes you…how are YOU doing?
It’s been a difficult few weeks for many, and I thought it would be important to acknowledge that before delving into this blog post. I hope that wherever you are in the world, reading this right now, that you are remembering to take life day by day, take deep breaths, and work towards finding the little joys and connections in life that help keep us sane in difficult times.
For me, that is always getting outside or catching up with a good friend, but also getting in some yoga or cozy time with my pup, a book and a beverage of choice – usually either coffee, a London Fog or Chai latte, or a cider if I’m really feeling wild 😉
Either way, whatever that is for you, I hope you find it, hold onto it, and make the most of it.
That being said, I’m also taking some time right now to catch up on some blogging that has been sitting and waiting patiently on the back burner…and I really do mean that. I’m almost embarrassed to share that this next session was photographed back in December, just before Christmas Eve. Vickey + Stephen were just beginning to settle into a new routine with their newest addition sweet baby Felix, who was just over a week old, along with his big sister Ava. This busy family of four, with two under two, welcomed me into their home with patience and kindness. Capturing these precious, fleeting moments for them was humbling. I hope that these memories help spark feelings of joy when they look back one day in the future.
Stay Well friends!
