I'm a fun-loving photog who - oddly enough - is pretty camera shy...
I'm born and raised in Ottawa, my first spoken language is Polish, and by day I teach French at a local Elementary school. I'm 6 years married to one of the hardest working men I know, and on my free time I love travelling with my hubby, exploring the outdoors with our pup Bentley (pictured below), catching up with girlfriends, or being cozied up with a good book at home.

a little bit about me

Photography has been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember...as a bit of a perfectionist (if I may), I would sometimes (often) spend far too much time taking a photo of some ordinary part of my day because I was passionate about capturing it "just right"; photos are keepsakes...can you blame me? However it was only after our wedding in 2015, after seeing our own photos and reliving the memories and feelings of that day that I decided to take this passion and turn it into a project...

As for Photography...

Heading out for an evening of shooting - be it for clients or for myself - is exhilarating to me; it's a creative outlet for the vision I share both personally and professionally. I cannot express in words how rewarding it feels to produce a finished gallery and hit that 'Send' button. I feel very lucky to have found something so fulfilling that also provides joy for others - two hands up for that!!

So here it is...my passion project!
